Book Review: Diary of a Wimpy kid: Old School (10)


Hello there! My name is Nabil and 'll be telling you my review for Diary of a Wimpy kid: Old School. Old School is the 10th book in the Diary of the Wimpy kid series and personally, it's my favorite book in the series. Old School is about Greg learning about the old days and his fear comes to reality when the whole town stops using electronics for 48 hours! I mean, who can live without electronics and more importantly, wifi?!?!

In the beginning Greg says old people and grown-ups are always saying that they missed the old times and he says when he grows up hes probably going to be the same way his parents are now.
After a while, Greg mentions about his new pet pig and how he hates it so much! Greg says the pig acts like its a human and even sleeps in a bed and even has its own room! He also dislikes the pig because he has a curfew but the pig doesn't.



2 weeks later, Greg's dad tells him that the leisure towers where his grandpa lives in has raised the rent so his grandpa will be staying with them until he can afford another apartment or until the leisure towers lower their rent

Greg is fine with his grandpa moving in until he learns what that meant for him. Greg's mom let grandpa pick his room and of course he picked Greg's. This meant Greg has to find a new place to sleep. He ends up sleeping in Manny's room. After that when Greg is at church his grandpa has a huge party and when they get back its took like 2 hours getting everyone out.



After that Greg's dad grounds grandpa by putting him in the corner and they go to sleep. Greg thought everyone was gone but as he was about to sleep, 2 old women poked there heads out because the thought the coast was clear. Greg got them out of the house but after that he always checked Manny's closet before he goes to sleep.

The next day he goes on a trip to a place called Hardscrabble Farms and stays there for a week. Nothing really important happened there except for when Rowley got a tooth lodged in his forehead and when Greg heard a story about a deranged farmer named Silas Scratch. 



Greg is terrified of the story and while he was getting sticks for a campfire he found a cabin that had 
"Silas Scratch Lives Here, Beware" all over it. He went inside and found an amazing bathroom
 and guess who was inside the bathroom? His DAD! Apparently while his dad was chaperoning, he checked if the bathroom was still there and it was! Greg's dad told him that when he went to hardscrabble farms, he found the bathroom and in order to keep it to himself he made the story of Silas Scratch up.

He was surprised that the Silas Scratch thing was still going and after all that trouble Greg's dad decides to bring Greg and himself home.

6 Games I Despise on Roblox

Today, I'll be writing about 6 games I despise on Roblox. I love Roblox but sometimes the games are weird and bad.So, without further a-do , let's start!😁😁😁 6. Mad City  I don't like Mad City because it's basically Jailbreak but with Super heroes. I personally think it's not really realistic enough. But it's not that bad and that's why it's last on this list.       5. Adopt and Raise a Baby I'm pretty sure we all hate this game. The concept of the game is just plainly weird. You have to adopt a baby and buy a home. I guess its not that bad but personally I despise it a lot. 4. Roblox Water Park  I know this game isn't too bad but it gets boring after a while because all you do is ride water slides and like I mentioned it gets really,  really boring. 3. Strucid How many times must I say this?! I hate Fortnite and that is why I hate Strucid. Strucide is literally just a copy cat of Fortnite.
